Sandra (Sandy) Stash is a seasoned non-executive director and chair with over 40 years of international experience in the energy, mining, and manufacturing sectors.  Her career spans engineering, operations, mega capital projects, sustainability, and public affairs, with board roles in publicly listed, private equity, and government-owned organizations across North America, Europe, and beyond.  A petroleum engineer by training, Sandy was among the first women drilling engineers in North America and has held executive roles at ARCO, BP, Talisman Energy, and Tullow Oil.

Currently, Sandy serves on the boards of FTSE 250 Diversified Energy Company, Trans Mountain Company, and other prominent organizations.  She is an NACD Certified Director and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering.  Known for her expertise in bridging business and stakeholder interests, Sandy has led critical projects and governance initiatives across six continents, delivering impactful results.
